OKQ-359      Labuntsovite-Mn     RESERVED      Poudrette Quarry, Mt. St-Hilaire, Québec, Canada.  Ex. Dr. Steve Chamberlain collection, prev. Marcelle Weber collection  https://mineralogicalrecord.com/labels.asp?colid=1666  2.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm specimen.  A prismatic amber colored crystal is clearly visible on the matrix that is approximately 2 millimeters long.  thers are also present but they are even smaller.  This is a very nice, damage-free example of this rare species.  $60

Marcelle Weber collection  https://mineralogicalrecord.com/labels.asp?colid=1666  In this example the ramondite can be seen as small, fibrous, salmon colored crystals well protected in small openings within the matrix.  The piece measures 3 x 2.9 x 2 cm.  The crystals are in excellent condition.  This is a very rare species and best known from M.S.H.  $50

Marcelle Weber collection  https://mineralogicalrecord.com/labels.asp?colid=1666  This specimen is 3.2 x 1.1 x 2.2 cm and has several crystallized areas showing nice nordstrandite crystals  The dawsonite presents itself as a white, fibrous area near the top of the specimen.  I'm not seeing the fluorite pseudos but I have not removed the piece from its mounting in the perky box to inspect it more closely.  $45

OKQ-361    Nedadkevichite and Leifite      Poudrette Quarry, Mt. St-Hilaire, Québec, Canada.  Ex. Dr. Steve Chamberlain collection, prev. Marcelle Weber collection  https://mineralogicalrecord.com/labels.asp?colid=1666  This large piece is an excellent example of both these species...the white, radial sprays of leifite are large and attractive while the nenadkevichite is less obvious.  It presents itself as red/brown acicular crystals in several spots, one being quite large for the species.  $100

Fowler collection.  The domical piece seen here measures 3 x 3 x 2.6 cm and is coated nicely with nicely colored, transparent smithsonite crystals.  One side and back have contacts but other surfaces are aesthetic and damage-free.  Mounted in a perky box.  $50

Fowler collection.  This specimens has the rarer crystal form for smithsonite.  The piece measures 4 x 2.2 x 1.6 cm.  One crystal has a cleaved termination.  Mounted in a perky box.  $45

Fowler collection.  This is a fine plate of lustrous crystals, as can be seen with nice coverage, color and condition.  One spot show a tiny contact or cleave but otherwise a fine example.  It measures 3.3 x 2.8 x 1 cm.   Mounted in a perky box.    $100

Fowler collection.  This floater measures 2.3 x 2 x 1.7 cm and is, for this location, outstanding in its form, color, and luster.  No damage and even better in person.  Beautifully mounted in a perky box.     $30

OKQ-367    Calcite      Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Otjikoto Region, Namibia, South West Africa.  Ex. Thomas G. Fowler collection.   This floater measures 3 x 1.9 x 1.5 cm and is, for this location, outstanding in its form, color, and luster.  Not common to see a Tsumeb calcite thumbnail specimen!  The crystals are simple rhombs to approximately .7 cm each and they are gemmy clear.  No damage and beautifully mounted in a perky box.    $40

Fowler collection.  This small cluster, 2 x 1.5 x 1.1 cm is mis-labeled as smithsonite... it is obviously quartz and I do not see any smithsonite.  No damage and beautifully mounted in a perky box.    $20
