OKP-214    Pyrite       RESERVED        Peru.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This grouping of heavily striated cubes measures 6.5 x 4.8 x 2.3 cm.  Extremely minor edge rubs are visible in a couple spots as seen but it is in very good condition, overall.  Nice luster and attractive form.  $40

OKP-216    Calcite with Celestine     Pugh Quarry, Custer, Ohio.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This specimen is 6.2 x 4.8 x 2 cm which is sawn flat on its base.  No damage to these attractive translucent crystals.  $40







OKP-217     Malchite, Cerussite and Chalcopyrite on Dolomite     Ovarzate, Morocco.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This specimen is an unusual one showing beautifully formed crystals of all the mentioned species on dolomite crystals.  It measures 8 x 6 x 1.8 cm, has no damage, and very nice aesthetics.  $65








OKP-219      Galena and Calcite     Ellington, Missouri.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This specimen measures 7.4 x 6.8 x 4.4 cm.  there is light scrapping along the front of the calcite but it is still interesting enough a specimen to find a place n someone's collection.  $40

OKN-885       Fluorite      Madoc, Ontario, Canada.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This example is a large one for the location.  It measures 11.5 x 8 x 3.4 cm with crystals to 3.6 cm on edge.  Nice phantoms, color, and transparency.  A very fine specimen for the location.  No damage.  $70







OKN-886      Fluorite     Grube Clara, Oberwolfach, Germany.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This is an interesting specimen showing four frosted octahedrons on transparent green octahedrons.  Edge breakage from contact and no damage to primary crystals.  A very nice European specimen.  $95







OKN-887      Quartz, Calcite, Hematite       Valentine Mine, Gouverneur Talc #4 Mine, Harrisville, Lewis County, New York.  Ex. John Davis collection.  These specimens were short lived on the mineral market and not very tough to find.  his is a nicely sized example at 8.6 x 5.1 x 2.7 cm.  The mix of crystals is aesthetic, damage free, and brighter than the images show.  $150







OKN-888    Rhodonite and Franklinite in Calcite    Franklin Mine, Franklin Mining District, Sussex County, New Jersey.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This is an old timer with the most unbelievable fluorescence and phosphorescence found in the mineral world.  The large, crudely formed rhodonite has breakage on one side as seen and is priced accordingly.  6.5 x 5.7 x 2.5 cm in size.  A desirable specimen displays nicely.  $85







OKN-889     Sulfur     Sicily, Italy.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This is a fine example with very sharp, gemmy, bright yellow crystals to 1 cm each.  7.5 x 6.4 x 3. 6 cm in size, overall.  Edge damage where removed, as would be expected.  No damage to internal crystals.  Nice specimen!   $450







OKN-890       Azurite      Apex Mine, St. George, Utah.  Ex. John Davis collection.  The front side of this specimen is mostly azurite while the back is mostly malachite.  11 x 8 x 3.5 cm overall.  This is a colorful piece from a rather unusual location.  $60







OKN-892      Quartz casts after Barite     Silver Point Mine, Ouray, Colorado.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This piece is composed of large casts after large barites.  The clear quartz points are attractive and damage free.  The piece itself measures 10.9 x 6 x 5.6 cm.  $60







OKN-893     Azurite     Touissit Mine, Oujda, Morocco.  Ex Caroline Les collection.  This is one of those fine crystals that is better in-hand.  It has mixed luster with some faces being the super bright, deep blue and others having a matt finish. There is a 4 cm, doubly terminated crystal crossing the larger, singly terminated main crystal.  The piece measures 5 x 3.7 x 2.4 cm.  It stands nicely on the singly terminated crystal as seen in the first several images showing its various sides.  Nice views of this specimen from any direction.  $950







OKN-894     Kinoite    Santa Rita Mountains, Pima County, Arizona.  Ex Caroline Les collection. Beautiful crystallization and color on this 5 x 3.8 x 3.7 m specimen.  It is very three-dimensional, stands on edge to display nicely, and has good views all around.  Associations include native copper, apophyllite and sulfides.  Damage-free and lustrous.  $75







OKN-985     Sulfur     Steamboat Springs, Washoe County, Nevada.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This one is 7.8 x 7.2 x 2.7 cm.  The crystals are small but bright, transparent and a nice yellow color.  In excellent condition as seen.  $45







OKN-896     Arapovite, Azurite, Malachite     Laurion, Greece.  Ex. John Davis collection.  This is a fine example that sits nicely as seen in the images.  All species are clearly visible and attractive.  The piece measures 3.1 x 3 x 3 cm.  Damage free and nicely viewable from any direction.  $85
